This appeal presents the question whether diversity jurisdiction may be invoked in a suit between individual alien plaintiffs and an alien corporation with its principal place of business in a state different from that of the forum state. The district court assumed jurisdiction of the case under the diversity of citizenship provision of 28 U.S.C. § 1332(a)(2). Because the district court was without jurisdiction, we vacate the court’s judgment.
