MEMORANDUM OPINION
ARTHUR B. BRISKMAN, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter came before the Court on the complaint of the Plaintiff, Bank One Lafayette, N.A. (“Bank One”) to determine the dischargeability of indebtedness owed to it pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2) from Debtors/Defendants, Curtis Maurice Larisey and Naneey Geraldine Larisey (the “Lariseys”). This matter was heard as a final evidentiary hearing by stipulation of the parties during the telephonic status conference.
