The will provides:

" First. After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Christina Bartholomew the sum of One Thousand Dollars absolutely. Also I give and bequeath to my said wife the use of all my real and Personal Estate over and above the One Thousand Dollars until our youngest child arrives at the age of twenty-one years. At which time the Real and Personal Property not above bequeathed to my wife, I give and bequeath as follows.
