In this case we are asked to decide whether the Uniformed Services Former Spouses' Protection Act (USFSPA) provisions for retroactivity entitle Rose Giroux to relief from her amended dissolution decree, entered during the 20-month period when federal law prohibited state courts from treating military pensions as community property. We hold the trial court erred in denying her CR 60(b) motion for relief from judgment.
