' This case presents error from the superior court of Oklahoma county. Plaintiffs leased certain ■ premises,consisting of two lots occupied by -a brick building and- also' a square in the center of the block of these lots, to the defendant for a term of five years, with the proviso in the lease that the second party might have the right to assign the said lease and sublet the premises therein described for any lawful purpose except that of a saloon, without the written consent of the first parties.
