Eddie James Johnson, a Texas death row inmate, appeals the district court’s denial of his petition for writ of habeas corpus. Johnson was convicted of murdering David Ma-gee, Virginia Cadena, and Elizabeth Galvan. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 19.03(a)(6)(A). After finding Johnson guilty, the jury returned affirmative findings to the two Texas special sentencing issues used in death penalty cases, see Tex. Code Crim. PROC.
