delivered the opinion of the Court as follows -
This action was brought on a policy, insuring the Fdbius at and from. New York to Barbadoes, and at and from thence to the island of Trinidad, and at and from Trinidad back to New York. The Fabius arrived at the port of Spain, in the island of Trinidad, on the 31st of October, in the year 1806, where she remained until the 5th of December, when she sailed, under a special license from the proper authorities, for fort Hyslop, another port in the island, for the purpose of pro curing and taking in a part of iier return cargo, and…
