HAYDEN, Judge.

Wayne Adamson was found guilty of two out of three counts of third-degree sexual abuse. The jury found Adamson had sexually abused his teenage stepdaughter. Adam-son’s motions for new trial were denied, and he was sentenced to a term of imprisonment not exceeding ten years.

Adamson appeals.
