Both Plaintiff Maryland Casualty Company (Maryland) and Defendant Imperial Contracting Company, Inc. (Imperial) appeal a judgment entered after each party moved for summary judgment in Maryland’s action for declaratory relief seeking a declaration there is no coverage under policies of insurance Maryland issued to Imperial.
