The Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission and the respondent, Alexandra J. Caputi, have tendered for this Court’s approval pursuant to IndAdmission and Discipline Rule 23, Section 11(d), a Statement of Circumstances and Conditional Agreement for Discipline.
