Defendant-appellant Dolores H. Walsh appeals from the judgment of conviction entered upon the jury verdict finding her guilty on two counts of tax evasion in violation of Title 26, United States Code, Section 7201. Appellant raises three issues for review on appeal: (1) whether the evidence adduced at trial was sufficient to sustain the jury verdict; (2) whether the trial court’s instruction to the jury on the elements of the offense charged in the indictment was erroneous; and (3) whether the trial court erred in refusing to give the appellant’s theory of defense…
