Hilario Gonzalez-Balderas, Sr. appeals the district court’s denial of his post-conviction motion for reduction of sentence pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(2). We affirm.

BACKGROUND

Following a jury trial, Appellant was convicted of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 (Count 1); engaging in a continuing criminal enterprise, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 848 (Count 121); and conspiring to transport funds out of the United States to promote unlawful activity, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371 (Count 122).
