OPINION

RAYMOND T. LYONS, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes before the court on cross-motions for summary judgment. Before bankruptcy, the Debtor, Cybridge Corporation, entered into a lending agreement with the defendant, Presidential Financial Corporation of Delaware Valley (“Presidential”). Cybridge granted Presidential a security interest in its accounts receivable and virtually all its other assets. Cybridge filed a petition under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. Presidential was not listed as a creditor on the Debtor’s schedules and had no knowledge of Cy-bridge’s bankruptcy filing.…
