Following the filing of the previous opinion, the appellants had issued by this court an order to show cause directed to the respondents, ordering them to show cause why the record in the case should not be temporarily remanded to the trial judge to secure the certificate of said trial judge pursuant to rule 6 of trial courts, and to designate in said certificate on what the court based its order.
