This is a suit in replevin. The ease was tried before the court without the aid of a jury resulting in a judgment in favor of respondent, designated as the “interpleader.” Plaintiff has appealed, having brought the case here upon the record proper, only. Nothing transpiring before the justice is brought here except the transcript of the justice. The transcript recites nothing further than that a cause in replevin was filed in a justice court by plaintiff against Blanch E. and F. E.
