Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: On October 27, 1994, the Auburn Police Department received an anonymous tip that a man in a pizza shop located on Genesee Street had dropped a gun and then retrieved it. An employee of the pizza shop told Sergeant DelFavero, who arrived minutes later, that he had not seen a gun, but that a black male, about 6 feet tall, weighing 200 pounds and wearing a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt, had dropped something heavy on the floor.
