In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendants appeal, as limited by their brief, (1) from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Lama, J.), dated December 28, 1994, as denied the motion of the defendants Benjamin M. Stein and Douglas Stein for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as it is asserted against them and (2) from so much of an order of the same court, dated June 29, 1995, as, upon reargument, adhered to the prior determination.
