Given, Judge:
Plaintiff, Adeline Roach, instituted an action of trespass on the case in the Circuit Court of Hancock County, against defendant, William W. Harper, claiming damages for invasion by defendant of the “right to privacy” of plaintiff, in that defendant, by means of a hearing device installed by him in an apartment rented by him to plaintiff, overheard “confidential and private conversations” of plaintiff.
