KENT, District Judge.

Defendants-Appellants take this appeal from a judgment of the District Court by which a preliminary injunction was granted enjoining a strike by the members of the defendant Union.

Defendants complain that no hearing was held in the District Court prior to the granting of the injunction. The record shows that the complaint was filed on September 8, 1964. Attached thereto was a motion for preliminary injunction and an affidavit of plaintiff’s general manager. There was also a motion for a temporary restraining order.
