BRETT, Presiding Judge:

The plaintiff in error, Troy Walter Beck, hereinafter referred to as “Defendant,” was charged by separate informations in the Municipal Criminal Court of the City of Tulsa with four violations of 47 O.S.Supp.1968, § 6-303, Operating A Motor Vehicle While The License Is Can-celled, Suspended or Revoked, Second and Subsequent Offenses.
