This appeal is from the dismissal of a Title VII claim filed by Robert Bottini, pro se, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Brieant, J.). Appellant filed charges based on claims of employment discrimination against his former employer before state and federal administrative agencies and made a claim of wrongful discharge before an arbitrator.
