OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING PERMANENT INJUNCTION AND TURNOVER
WALTER J. KRASNIEWSKI, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter came on for hearing upon plaintiff’s request for permanent injunction to prohibit defendant from selling the automobile previously repossessed. Upon consideration of the evidence adduced at the hearing and the parties’ post-hearing briefs, the court finds that said request is well taken, that defendant should be enjoined from selling the automobile in its possession and that defendant should turnover to plaintiffs the automobile previously repossessed in accordance with this opinion…
