Plaintiff commenced this action for declaratory relief, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and misrepresentation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, intentional interference with the contractual rights of third parties, negligent interference with the contractual rights of third parties, conversion, civil conspiracy, and relief under the cy-pres doctrine.
