On the 7'th day of March, 1904, a judgment in favor of St. Paul’s Church of the village of Waterloo, N. Y., was recovered against the defendant Fred Hulbert and docketed in Seneca county clerk’s office and, upon the 21st day of April following, one Leonard Story obtained against him two- judgments which were, upon that day, also docketed in .said clerk’s office.
