Debtor’s Chapter 13 was filed on December 27, 2006. Debtor filed this Adversary Proceeding against creditor CitiFi-nancial Services, Inc. (“CitiFinancial”) on April 2, 2007. In response to the Adversary Proceeding, CitiFinancial filed a Motion to Compel Arbitration of Debtor’s claims and to dismiss or stay proceedings pending the arbitration.
