On October 5, 2021, the trial court entered an order granting Crystal Field’s motion to dismiss Anthony Oliver’s petition for legitimation, custody, and visitation. Oliver then filed both an application for discretionary appeal and a notice of appeal from the order. We denied Oliver’s discretionary application on the merits.
