STEPHENSON, Chief Judge.
This matter is now before the Court on the petition of Edward Louis Sefcheck for a writ of habeas corpus.
On July 3, 1968, this Court entered an order denying the petition. On August 6, 1968, counsel entered an appearance on behalf of petitioner for the first time and filed an application for a certificate of probable cause for appeal. Said application was denied on August 12, 1968, and counsel for petitioner subsequently applied to the Court of Appeals for a certificate.
