STORCKMAN, Judge.
This is an action for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by the plaintiff when she came in contact with defendant’s automobile and fell to the pavement at an alley and sidewalk intersection adjacent to the building occupied by the offices of the Board of Election Commissioners in the City of St. Louis. The jury found in favor of the defendant. The plaintiff’s motion for a new trial was overruled and she has appealed. The prayer of plaintiff’s petition is for damages in the sum of $25,-000.
