This suit was brought by appellee Laura Meyer against Norman A. Meyer, administrator of the estate of P. W. Meyer, deceased, Benjamin P. Meyer, guardian of the minor children of said P. W. Meyer, and the First National Bank of Houston, to establish plaintiff’s interest as surviving widow of P. W. Meyer in the proceeds of the sale, tinder order of the probate court oí Brazoria county, of property of P. W.
