BARRETT, Commissioner.

The plaintiff, Pauline Burk, has been awarded $25,000.00 damages for the death of her husband by electrocution on May 3, 1965. The appellant, Missouri Power & Light Company, makes four points but they are all related to or connected with its principal contention that its motions for judgment should have been sustained for two reasons (1) that “the evidence failed to establish the fact that Harold Burk, the deceased, was in the exercise of due care and caution for his own safety and that the defendant’s negligence, if any, was the proximate cause of decedent’s death” and…
