Parish State Bank, a banking corporation, appellant, brought suit against appellee, M. Gr. Tremore, to recover the amount paid by the bank to him on a check bearing a forged indorsement. A jury trial was waived and the cause was tried by the court. This appeal is from a judgment for appellee.
