This is an appeal from an order of the trial court modifying a prior order for the custory of the minor child of appellant and respondent.

On December 5, 193$, the court had granted a divorce to this appellant, Byron Burgess, from this respondent, Bernice Burgess, and in that decree awarded the custody of their infant child, Charles Rothwell Burgess, to Mr. and Mrs. Charles J Burgess, the father and mother of Byron Burgess.
