STRUCKMEYER, Vice Chief Justice.

This appeal is from the dismissal of an action in the Superior Court to review an administrative determination of the Appeal Committee on Tuition Status of Arizona State University. Jurisdiction was accepted pursuant to 17A A.R.S., Rules of the Supreme Court, Rule 47(e). Affirmed.
