Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Best, J.), entered April 21, 1995 in Montgomery County, which denied defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

Plaintiff sustained personal injuries in an automobile accident that occurred on November 23, 1981 in the City of Amsterdam, Montgomery County.
