This case arises out of defendants’ allegedly willful and illegal interception and misappropriation of a closed circuit exhibition of the November 13, 1999 boxing match between Evander Holyfíeld and Lennox Lewis. Plaintiff asserts that it possessed the proprietary rights to exhibit and sublicense the right to exhibit the closed-circuit telecast of the November 13, 1999 event.
