Pennsylvania Lumbermans Mutual Insurance Company appeals part of a judgment in favor of its insured, Upthegrove Hardware, Inc. Up-thegrove’s action arose out of a claim for losses incurred when a fire destroyed Upthegrove’s hard ware store.
