— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County (Tanenbaum, J.), rendered June 24, 1981, convicting him of attempted robbery in the third degree, upon a plea of guilty, and imposing a sentence of an indeterminate term of imprisonment of from two to four years. *642Judgment affirmed. On May 18, 1981 the court accepted defendant’s plea of guilty to attempted robbery in the third degree, in full satisfaction of the indictment, which had charged defendant with attempted robbery in the second degree and with resisting arrest, and in satisfaction of three misdemeanor charges…
