Affirming.
On October 12th, 1912, John B. Parker was killed on Third street in Lexington, by coming in contact with a live electric wire which was broken and hanging down nearly to the ground. This wire was hanging from a pole on the sonth side of Third street, in front of Mrs. Corrigan’s honse, and jnst opposite to where Wilgus avenue intersects Third street, from the north. The wire was *82used and owned by the appellant for conducting electric current through and over the streets of Lexington. Parker’s administratrix sued and recovered a verdict and judgment…
