BARNES, District Judge.
The plaintiffs-appcllees, The Flexwood Company, which is the owner of the two patents in suit, and United States Plywood Corporation and The Mengel Company, which are joint exclusive licensees under the patents, sued the defendant-appellant, Matt G. Faussner & Company, charging infringement and asking an injunction and accounting. The patents are Elmendorf 1,819,775 for a Flexible Wood-Faced Sheet Material, issued August 18, 1931, on an application filed fanuary 24, 1929, and Elmendorf 1,778,250 for a Method of and Apparatus for Treating Flexible Wood-Veneered Material,…
