The defendants-plaintiffs in error, Guillermo Bollianday, Fernando A. Calibuyot and Albert Macalma, were each charged, upon an information for the crime of participating in a gambling game, contrary to the provisions of section 11343, Revised Laws of Hawaii 1945. There were two counts in the information. The defendants were arraigned on both counts and were tried March 27, 1952, jury waived.
