Defendants entered conditional guilty pleas to charges of armed robbery affecting interstate commerce in violation of the Hobbs Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1951, and use of a firearm during the robberies in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c). Defendants conditional pleas preserved their right to appeal the district court’s denial of their motion to suppress physical evidence, confessions, and an identification.
