This case was before us on exception of no- cause of *308action. See 104 La. 100, where a full statenient of the petition will be found.

Plaintiff bought an undivided half of a lot of ground and of a sawmill plant estblished on it and one-half of another lot of ground, of Jasper Gall, one of the defendants, with full warranty of title. The saw-mill sale was in 1878 and the other in 1882. The property belonged to the community of acquets and gains existing between the vendor and his wife.
