This opinion addresses three appeals that have arisen from a labyrinth of litigation brought by the plaintiffs, David F. Miller and Miller’s Auto Body, Inc. (MAB), against the defendants, Arnica Mutual Insurance Company, Arnica Property and Casualty Insurance Company (collectively Arnica), Metropolitan Property and Casualty Insurance Company (Metropolitan), and Allstate Insurance Company, Inc.
