Appellees were plaintiffs below, and filed a complaint containing substantially the following allegations: Plaintiffs are the owners of lands situated in Road Improvement District No. 3, a district organized pursuant to the provisions of act No. 338 of the Acts of 1915 (Acts 1915, page 1400), commonly known as the Alexander law, §§ 5399 et seq., C. & M. Digest. The order of the county court creating said district was made and entered on the 31st day of August, 1917.
