This libel for divorce alleging cruel and abusive treatment, G. L. (Ter. Ed.) c. 208, § 1, comes before us on the libellant’s appeal from a decree entered by the judge dismissing her libel. The evidence is reported and the judge made a “finding of material facts” which may be summarized as follows: The libellant and the libellee were married on September 27, 1946, in California and lived there on and off.
