MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER

Presently before the Court are four motions pending in this action brought by Plaintiff, Denise Feighery, against Defendants, York Hospital, Samuel M. DiCapua, D.O., and Karen O’Neill, M.D., under Maine’s Wrongful Death Act, 18-A M.R.S.A. § 2-804.
