This appeal is a sequel to Leviton v. Board of Education, 374 Ill. 594. The former appeal was from an order of the circuit court of Cook county allowing a motion to dismiss plaintiff’s complaint for want of equity. The order was reversed and the cause remanded with directions to overrule the motion. This appeal is from a decree entered after a hearing of evidence.
