This is an appeal from two orders of the. Circuit Court for Dade County, the first dismissing the, original bill and allowing ten days to amend, and the second order, entered March 9, 1940, sustaining the separate motions of the defendants and dismissing the amended bill of complaint, with prejudice. Both bills were for an accounting, but alleged an indebtedness due by the defendants to the plaintiffs amounting to a certain specified sum, which sum was considerably less than $5,000.00, and hence not within the jurisdiction of the Circuit Court for Dade County in common-law actions.
