This is a suit for specific performance of an oral contract to convey real estate, made by Henry Boeschen in his lifetime, in consideration of services to be rendered by respondent (plaintiff), Anna Bick. The circuit court decreed specific performance and defendant has appealed. The property in question is situated on Labadie Avenue in St. Louis.
