This military pay case comes before the court on the parties’ cross-motions for summary judgment. By this action, plaintiff seeks a correction of her military records to show continuous active duty during the nine-year separation period following her discharge in 1965 and an award of back pay on the basis of the change in her records pursuant to Title 37 of the United States Code.
